So I Don't Know How To Describe This, Other Than To Say I Keep Having Turtles Disappear.

Like I pick axe it to pick it up, I see it on the floor - I have plenty of room in my inventory - and then it disappears and I never picked it up.

This started happening with 1.56 (or at least, I've never noticed it until now). And it's happened twice to me so far - once to a friend who thought he just misplaced it (and might have).

It's like the decay rate suddenly jumps to 0 for turtles lying on the floor.

I'll try and post a crash log if I notice it again - but figured I post here in case someone else has an idea (I'm pretty sure my configs aren't hosed up).

After we drop the item, we have no control. Looks like another mod is doing it.

if you have a plugin like worldguard it might be the culprit

As far as I know, we're not using any mods that would do anything like that - that's what's weird. I swear I had put 2 of the turtles on one of the biblio shelves, but I saw one poof when I was mining in the nether. Maybe it's a weird bug inside minecraft itself then. Thanks guys!
