Sometimes, people have over 3 posts and can create topics, but it says they are New Members.

Some members are marked as New Members because they haven't posted in a very long time (since before the New Members group was added). Their next post will trigger the update.

Not a bug.

How should i write 3 "approved" Posts when there is nothing that i can write something use full to ? (except this one :P/>)

I hate to go offtopic on foreign Topics or enter some lorem ipsum style post to a topic i can say something to but not want to do, just to get my 3 posts count :(/>

PS: Post 1 done, if unwanted remove the following part from my post please

I just wanted to post a sugestion to networkcabeling to make it Forge Multipart Compatible and routable like the earlier redstone wires from Eloram's RedPower
now that FMP compatible mods can share the same blocklocation ("if there is space"), it would be wonderful if i can route my networkcable along with the powerlines as there is at least one blockside where i can attach a cable instead of a cover or place the cover in the adjacent blockspace to mount the NW cable onto it seamless with the encasing covers … maybe it's possible to create something like a cabletunnel or mount the cable onto the powerline instead also (i am not so common with FMP capabilities yet)

That suggestion has already been posted. Please make sure to search before you post when you do get topic creation privileges.

Look around, contribute to some topics. It's not really hard to come up with reasonably good content to post.

This isn't specifically aimed at you, per se, but I really don't understand the apparent burning need for new members to start new topics as the first thing they do when joining the forums. We make sure to allow those seeking support to do so (the New Members group can start new topics in Ask a Pro and Bugs), but everyone could benefit from slowing down, reading all the rules, and reading through some existing topics before rushing to post their own topic. There seems to be a belief that if they aren't allowed to post their amazing, awesome, fantastic program to lock doors in a new and ingenious manner (the same way we've seen done hundreds of times), that they are somehow being oppressed or having a sever burden put on them. All we're trying to do is make them look around a little and get a better feel for the community.

I apologize for taking the topic further off course but I am also having some frustration just finding topics to contribute anything meaningful to.

I know how to program LUA well enough but all the "ask a pro" code requests are either seriously complicated or already answered, I can't help there..

So I post some random crap to the media threads that isn't really heart-felt… Isn't that just spam?

I came here to share my turtle scripts that I've tested, debugged, and made videos of with the user base so they may benefit from my work..
but I have to work for that too..I mean, that's fine, but it's difficult.. is all we're saying.. it's not the easy thing you think it is.

Hmm. This keeps popping up. I'll open up the Programs section and its subsections for New Members later today. Hopefully the spam posts won't start showing up in force there like they previously did!
