Here are a few critics:
1. Edit your video at least in movie maker, so we don't have to wait 20 seconds until you start.
2. Turn up your mic and move it away from mouse and keyboard.
3. Remove pointer recording from screen (My OCD almost punched through the red dot)
4. It seems like you were recording game sound through the speakers, which is not a good idea because there is a ton of echo.
5. Tell us more about yourself, how old are you, what do you do IRL.

Also, this should be in media section, I think.

I would also suggest buying a better headset, its a little bit of an invesment, but it's worth it. (I got mine for 25,- euros and the quality is very good.)

And I agree with Vilsol, the red dot almost made my OCD kill me.
