Display Content Of Printed Page On Item Frame

This would allow us to replace the idea of "sign placing turtle".

1) The turtle would print the page and pick it up.
2) It will place the Item frame in the wall.
3) It will place printed page in the item frame.
4) The text in the printed page would be shown just like maps, compasses and clocks.

EASTER EGG IDEA: Place a turtle on a flower pot to get a "Turtle tree"(decoration)
