Can someone tell me how to configure the Turtle Wrench is if it is to right click?

Please clarify: Do you want to make a wrench peripheral (which I think already exists) or do you want to have a wrench in the inventory that right-clicks? (I think that's impossible in vanilla CC.) Also, please post in Peripheral Help and Discussion.
