Support For Umlauts And Special Characters Of German Language

Hello,

the German language got three umlauts and one special character: ä ö ü ß
It would be good to add support for them to ComputerCraft because it is hard possible to replace them by ae oe ue and ss but then texts are hard to read.
Minecraft supports them since 1.4 or so.

This has been asked for LOTS and sadly if they add support for one language they would (hopefully) have to then do them all instead of just one at a time.
