Idk… it's a HTC Evo Design 4G with Aviate…
EDIT: I think as long as the picture is square, it doesn't matter what the resolution is.

Done. Your phone is 540x960, does that sound about right?

Might want to generically up those resolutions. I'm on a 2880x1800 laptop. I'm not one for game backgrounds so I'm not asking for that res, but 1024x768 is fairly low nowadays.

My screen size is 1366*867 (notebook).
@OP, I dont really like the letters. However the stile of it is square.. so I dont really like it, but goodjob anyway!
