How about turtles that when you make you can put a turtle with an enchanted tool in the crafting square and it will make a turtle with that tool.
Example Crafting square:
Turtle|Diamond pick =
Mining turtle.
With this addition:
Turtle|Diamond Pick(Efficiency 4) =
Mining turtle with efficiency 4 pick.
Any thought?

Idk about this… efficient on a turtle which breaks blocks instantly hows that work?

I wouldn't mind having a turtle capable of looting/fortune enchantments, but IMO this should wait until turtles have durability on their tools (if they ever do). As it is, infinite fortune (or any other enchant for that matter) is just too powerful.

is a peripheral that I've seen for silk touch, but maybe not for the latest Minecraft.
