There's not that many. Playing with modpacks is more fun for people because then they can attempt integration with other mods.
Most servers have a modpack, and it used to be there was a specific modpack EVERY server had:
ComputerCraft
RedPower
if you want to find a server with just ComputerCraft, good luck, because people will want MineFactory Reloaded for Bundled Output, then they'll want BC/IC2 for power for MFR.
