So I've been working on this program for 2 days, what it does is send and receive messages using redstone signals! The plus side of this is that it can be read using vanilla redstone using this circuit:

It works using pulse/length encoding and decoding (Based on Etho's idea), basically it can read and form a different length of pulse allowing it to send unlimited amounts of information (Although at a slower speed). I do plan on creating an API for people to use, but for now here it is:

Instuctions:
Plug in a redstone wire or similar to the back of computer, press enter and type your message and the computer at the other end of the redstone wire should be able to read it.

Doesn't receive signals from redpower but can send signals via them
