textutils API Page

Hi,
I've been wondering if I could do an update for the textutils API page. I have requested Wiki Editing Access but, likely due to Lochie taking a break, it has not been granted. (I don't mean to sound rude at all and I hope I don't come off that way.) I'm wondering, does anyone else (of the admins) have the permission to add wiki editors? If not, I could post my edit here, but that's kind of a pain to do.

I haven't had time to look into the wiki (since that had been exclusively his domain), but it's on my to-do list.
