Searching for chat program

I need a chat program to include in my OS,it needs this features:
-Channels
-Nicknames
-[optional]voteban

And the owner of the program needs to authorizate me to put in my OS.

I could write one for you to use,once I finish my network API it shouldn't be too hard.

Server-client or peer-to-peer? Also do you want the option to be active in multiple channels at the same time?

Yeah i want multiple channels example /join channel 4
and it a rednet chat,
