I've noticed recently (couldn't name exactly when it started) that when I click on the 'Full Editor' button nothing seems to happen. The blue glow which usually accompanies a button click appears, but the green loader doesn't show. I've tried refreshing, clearing all my browser data but nothings fixed. The console has the following error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'getData' of null (ips.topic.js:495)

I'm using Chrome v31 on OS X 10.9 for the reference. It work on neither a topic or post.

I've also noticed that when I click 'Save Changes' using the normal editor it saves but doesn't close the editor. No error is thrown here.

Hmm, I'm using the newest MacBook Air on Mavericks using the latest Chrome (version 31.0.1650.63). Let's see if I can use the full editor on this post.

EDIT: Yes, I can use le full editor. Must be an issue on your end.

Hmmm, so it looks like its not just a Mac or Chrome thing. It works in Safari though. There must be something wrong with the IP Board software somewhere to cause this though. The thing is, I've cleared everything other than my history and passwords, which I'd rather not remove.

Passwords shouldn't cause it. But, for some weird reason, your history might. What can't you lose about your history? I often just use incognito mode anyways when browsing le forums and other sites (but I tested sans incognito mode) so I don't get these issues.

It's just useful to have if I want to find an example or something. I'll try incognito mode though.

Edit: Nope, still not working.

Any mods or admins able to shed some light on this?

Works fine for me, so I dunno. I guess I can try looking into it, but it's not exactly high priority if it's only affecting one user on one browser.

Yea ok. I'll reinstall Chrome or just put up with it I guess.

What are you using, Lyqyd? What OS and browser?

It's really not a priority for him really. There's tons of things to do and only 1 person to do it. I do wonder why he doesn't just make some more moderators, for example, TheOriginalBit. It's probably easier said than done though.

I would love to be a moderator just so I could fix that to say TheOriginalBIT :P/>
