Hello,

I am very interested in the minecraft 1.7 scoreboards system update. Where you can literally make minecraft RPG without the use of any mods or plugins. The attribute modifiers, custom enchantments and other properties that you can change just by using commands. Now, since Computer Craft can edit command blocks and run them. The combination of Computers and Command Blocks in minecraft 1.7 would be incredible. I have hundreds of ideas that I would like to test out in minecraft 1.7 with Computer Craft. And I keep checking the homepage hoping that there is a new update. Does anyone maybe know the approximate time of Computer Craft update to minecraft 1.7? :)/>

P.S. A Chunk Loader from another mod would be vital too, so hope there's a chunk loader out there, or at least as soon as possible.

Thank you,
Augustas

There was (if I remember correctly) over a million lines changed in Minecraft between 1.6.x and 1.7, it will take MCP quite some time to update, it also probably doesn't help that Searge (who was one of the main ones) is no longer with MCP but now with Mojang…

Funny that to help the modding community, they have to hurt it first…

It will be available when it is available, neither one moment sooner nor one moment later. Watch for activity in the Beta Testing section to know when release builds are coming close. It's best not to pester the developers about releases; doing so will result in anything between no effect at all and delaying the release date.

Be patient, as by looking at Dan's Twitter, you can see that new features are in store! I don't know if he's building off of Forge for 1.6 or the Forge 1.7 beta though.

Yea, as others have said, Dan's working on it. Unfortunately you've just got to be patient. Scoreboard integration would be cool though, add a suggestion in the subforum if it hasn't already beens suggested.

Yeah, didn't see that. But he is right - no santa hats in January! By the way, what are your thoughts on the new Twitter interface (this IS the General section).

We call that 'topic hijacking'
