I've not found any tutorials on CCLights2. After a bit of experimentation I have come up with this video. It only covers the basics but it should help people get started

Tutorials should be text based explanations, only with videos as a supplement.

This video does use an older version of CCLights2, but I can provide example programs for it soon (I was without internet for a couple of months but I'm back!)

Dare I say.. Could we display bitmaps??
