Cave Story is one of my favorite games of all time. I love its soundtrack, and then I had an idea: What if I could bring this amazing music in to Minecraft? The result:
I achieve this through the use of Immibis Peripherals Speaker. The program also has optional support for MiscPeripherals Iron Note Block, but it will only be used for drums.
org [-loop] <org file name>.org
Once you have all the requirements, this program can be found at http://pastebin.com/mqvDmD4x
To download this onto a computer with the HTTP api enabled, you can run
pastebin get mqvDmD4x org
I recommend saving it into a file called "org" because the music is stored in .org format described here, but that's just what I call it.
You can do pretty much whatever you want with this program, and if you modify it, you are encouraged to upload it here and maybe I'll incorporate some of those features into the official version
