Hangman - custom dictionary support!

Put dictionaries in same folder as the hangman file, with name of blah.dict - it will ask you which to use on startup. You can put the hangman and dictionary in any folder, provided they are in the same one!

Let me know what you think, or if you have any issues.

This is pretty neat! Seems to work well so far.

Though I really like the dictionary, it would also be nice to have one person type the word for the other person to guess if you ever plan on adding anything.

Anyways, good job!

When trying to open it with another program I get this error:

hangman:210: attempt to index ? (a nil value)
