Mining Turtle duplicates Iron Buckets

This happened on Singleplayer.

I'm using the most up-to-date version of Feed The Beast with Yogcraft ModPack. I was trying to figure out how to use Mining Turtles so I was experimenting with what fuel I could use.

I placed a bucket of oil in a Mining Turtle, typed refuel all, and it removed the oil and started duplicating the iron bucket.

This is a bug for an older version of Computercraft which was for Minecraft 1.4.7, which has since been fixed.
