How to upload pictures?

Best way is probably to use an external service, then use BBCode to link them.

I use http://www.upimg.me. You choose a picture, upload it, scroll to the bottom where it has the direct link,a nd copy that.then switch back to the forum post, and type the following:

[img]pasteTheUrlHere[/img]
Obviously inserting the URL in between the two tags ;)/>

Make sure that the service you are using allows hotlinking. Many image sharing services have a rule against that, and can block your images from displaying correctly. Probably the most common on this forum is imgur.com, but you can use almost any service you prefer.
If you want to upload an image, you need to use the "My Media" button on the editor toolbar. If nothing is listed there, you can edit your post, and use the "Full Editor" to upload images.

I tend to avoid the uploader here since there's a strict limit on the storage space you can use.

puush is also very good, it automatically uploads screenshots when you take them.

We don't delete topics unless we have a good reason. Just let it fall into obscurity.
