mrgold, you may want to consider formatting your thread properly.
Right now it looks like you are texting a friend about a party, not trying to advertise you server.

Hey, welcome to my CC/IC2 server. We are aimed at being a _____ server.
Rules:
- No grieving .
- No trespassing.
Notes:
- Modem range has been bumped up to x blocks.
Competitions:
- We have a cyber war every week over the weekends, this will consist of various challenges to test your programming skills and general knowledge. More details here.
Details:
Our IP is … (default port, 25565)
We use the default IDs for IC2 and CC so hop right in.

Obviously those aren't your exact details but that is a good format for them (but any other nice looking and user friendly format will do).
See what I mean, that is how you sell a server.

2. Use proper grammar, cant needs to be can't.
3. Add some spacing.
4. Once again don't beg.
5. This is the internet, not a text message.
6. Bukkit has a capital B.
