Once a topic has been posted, it is impossible to edit or add forum polls. Lyqyd knows some of this already, but I suspect it is more of a backend problem.
It's not too much of a problem, but you cannot remove a poll once it has completed it's purpose.

You could use the timed closing in polls, but I'm not sure if you're able to make a new one after.

Something like
this? For me it appears to be server side bug. I've looked at the source and I found that there is no argument for 'edit poll' button given to a JS script which generates (does it?) the button.

Yes, somewhat the same as you had, MKlegoman. But as your post said it was resolved, I created a new one.

The option shows up for me when editing the first post of this topic. I'm not sure what causes one to be unable to manage the poll.

Strange, when I create a poll now, it lets me edit it. But I cannot edit the one I created on
http://www.computerc...mproved-server/I can't even see an option to manage the poll there.
EDIT: Perhaps it's a per-section permission issue?

That's possible, I suppose. I'll glance through and see if I can find anything later.
