Pastebin Run Argument

This is a small suggestion, not so important. But it'd be useful to have the option to use "pastebin run xxxxxx". Instead of downloading installer files, running them, then deleting them, it'd be nice if the pastebin program could just outright run the paste. Just a nice convenience, not anything major.

It quite literally already does exatcly that lol
