I think you forgot to pin the thread.

Anyways, great to see multicolored turtles and having HTTP enabled by default.

Anyone know what fs.getDir does?
It gets the parent directory.
E.g:

fs.getDir("rom/programs/edit")
returns "rom/programs".

Well, I guess I wont be needing my fs.getParent snippet anymore…

:D/>/>, after THAT MUCH of excitement I guess you played with it, didn't you :P/>/>? Maybe you'll want to expand wiki about headers too? People need to know how to use them and you seem to be very familiar with headers.

I've been wanting to upgrade to CC 1.6x, I really look forward to using the portable computer and most of the other improvements, but don't want to give up on OpenCCSensors, OpenPeripherals and other ComputerCraft enhancements, which to my understanding don't yet play well with CC 1.6x. Can anyone give me a clue about how to find out what might be in the pipeline? I don't expect a timetable or schedule, and certainly don't want to hold anyone even remotely responsible for any upgrade to anything. I appreciate all the hard work they put in these projects. I understand these enhancements are put out by different developers under differing conditions. However, I also know many of the developers are active here in the forums, and would like to get just a very general idea of what is to be expected. I'd especially like to know where I might go for any news on developments in that area. Is it likely that any announcements would be made here, if not, where should I be watching?

Can someone say me where can I find the computercraft's entire changelog? (And the beta's new features)

Changelog is and has always been on the wiki. As far as I'm aware the 1.64 beta is simply just a port from MC 1.6.x to MC 1.7.x (though I could be wrong)

I gather there are changes other than that (eg), but not being on MineCraft 1.7.x, I've not looked into it either.
