This allows all types of computers to interact with the scoreboards systems, allowing to create new objectives, remove objectives, set objectives, get objective values, and everything that is also possible with commands without computers if not more. This would be very useful for map makers as they could use computers for the calculus and advanced command usage in order to create so really beasty programs that literally simulate an RPG game in minecraft as if it were a new mod whereas it's just scoreboards, computers and commands. I'm just craving for this to come out one day.

Another good feature that I'd suggest is getting NBT data from all entities and blocks, NBT (API), this allows getting NBT data, setting NBT data and perhaps more.

Both of Scoreboard (API) and NBT (API) would be for admin use only as they allow interaction with literally all of the game, but these would become exceptionally useful to adventure and normal map makers and mini-game makers.

You can already access and control command blocks if enabled. It's a small step from there to scoreboards.

Well, yes, but you can't access scoreboards, eventhough it is a small step, the only way you could do it is being doing such a thing as testing for all possible digits -2147483648 to 2147483647. If you look at it from a map-maker's perspective who knows how computercraft can offer an extra dosage of unlimited possibilities to map-making you will realise that such features as NBT and Scoreboard APIs would be exceptionally useful.
