My First OS

Install:
pastebin run vwgngEY6 (poorly made installer :D/>)
Turkish Patch (Install AFTER the OS / İşletim Sisteminden SONRA indirin):
pastebin run fV9xT1wA (Because im Turkish / Çünkü Türküm :D/>)
(INSTALLER IS CHANGED! (not much. Just some design improvements))
Changelog:
Version 2: Added time to desktop
Version1mini1: Boot image changed
Version 1: First Release
(Mini updates is the updates i'm not doing big stuff like adding programs or changing style etc)

Why are you calling this "my first os"? Are you planning on making (and maintaining) more then one? I mean, let's stay serious.
I have noticed this in a few os threats, and I want to know what the reason is people put that in their title.
