"CCTurtle" mod missing?

When I try to load up Minecraft 1.6.4 with Forge 965 and Computercraft 1.6.3, it gives me a message that says the mod "CCTurtles" could not be found, and doesn't load the game. Is there a second file I have to doenload?

No, there is not. Since ComputerCraft 1.6 CCTurtles and ComputerCraft have been merged into one mod. So perhaps you have an outdated peripheral mod that tries to access the old CCTurtles mod? It doesn't even have to be a peripheral mod.
