ComputerCraft doesn't use the Ore Dictionary

ComputerCraft doesn't seem to use the ore dictionary, even though it is great for compatibility with other mods. For example, I want to dye my Turtle blue. I can use lapis, which works as expected. However, lapis has the ore dictionary name dyeBlue. These other dyes from other mods in FTB Monster should work as well, as they also carry the name dyeBlue:
  • Blue Stained Sapling (Project Red: Exploration)
  • Blue Dye (Extra Bees)
  • Blue Dye (Natura)
  • Blue Tree Dye (Dye Trees)
  • Blue Dye (Biomes O' Plenty)
  • Nether Lapis Item (RotaryCraft)
  • Sodalite Item (RotaryCraft)
None of them work. Only lapis does. Same goes for any other dye, like other lime dyes or red dyes.
Also, I tried to craft an advanced computer with Nether Gold Ingots and Nether Redstone Dust from RotaryCraft, both of which are registered with the ore dictionary. It didn't work, as shown in this screenshot:

MC 1.6.4 (FTB Monster, upgraded to latest cc and added opencomputers) and CC1.63
