CC 1.63 Crash When Placing Monitors, etc

Whenever i palce a monitor with version 1.63 i crash, no crash report but a file given the name of "hs_err_pid080.log"

I have 2GB of RAM given to the modpack.

Crashes when breaking/placing monitors.

This seems to be related to OpenGL.
Try updating your graphics card drivers.

And make sure you get the latest drivers for your card; don't just get the latest ATI pack, it probably won't include them.

There's a possibility ATI didn't release the fix for your model. Also note that ComputerCraft isn't the only trigger for their bug.
