I don't want to be mean,but there are too many ndf-jay copies on this forum.
It's quite obvious that this isn't just copied from NDF-Jay, don't just go around calling people stuff clones unless you're certain. I'm sure if someone said that on your OS you wouldn't be too happy.

Can you please update the screenshots?I can't test the OS because I'm on CC-Lite.(HTTPS doesn't work).

Tried on Mimic,the startup file tried to run /System/Locker but it didn't exist.

Not to be rude, but the only thing this can do is "reboot" and "settings". OSes are there to simplify things (and add utilities, bring standards, etc), but this is just a thing that makes it take longer to get to the shell.

I get a error when trying to run the installer. It says "bios:500: Domain not permitted".
