CC 1.63 not working with MC 1.6.4.

I downloaded the latest version of CC for version 1.6.4, but when I start up the game it keeps telling me I need Forge version 1011. I do believe the last version of Forge for 1.6.4 was 965. What is going on here?

This is not a bug. Reread the version requirements. CC 1.64(latest) is only for Minecraft version 1.7.2

You need CC 1.6.3
