How many lines can have a signature in spoiler?
Can have my signature for example this:

It would be good if this is allowed

When you edit your signature, the rules are listed:
Maximum of three lines in 12 pt font
Maximum of three urls
Absolutely no images.

As avatars can contain no text, they have no meaningful "line" limits, and cannot contain spoilers. I'm not really sure what you're meaning to ask, but my best guess would be about avatar size? The limits should be visible when you attempt to change your avatar, and I believe if it is hosted on gravatar and is too large, it will be automatically scaled.

Well to clarify on avatars, I'm sure it should be painfully obvious that there not be any explicit images, and for the most part, .gif images aren't appreciated. However, if the .gif is tasteful and not wildly attention grabbing, it should be allowable.
