While browsing around I noticed Advert has several stickied topics on the programs section. But he hasn't been on since 2012; and the weird part is is that he has no post or topics history. Did something I'm unaware of happen? It seems weird. He was a moderator, so what could have happened?

Depending on how you look for it, content history only displays recent-ish stuff. A
proper search turns up all of it.
Odds are the user simply moved on.

Yes, Advert was a major part of this site ages ago, and helped launch it to what it is now. Unfortunately, they decided to move on, and no longer is part of the community.
