Finally, the need to use VPNs are gone!

well, IRC is banning everyone from HKBN WHICH IS NOT A GOOD MOVE (My friends are going to start become Anti-CC too), but anyways.
FORUM > IRC
(BTW to IRC: do you guys realize that you're essentially banning hong kong from your IRC?)

IDK… but I know that Banning HKBN from accessing the IRC (like 90% of people choose HKBN as their ISP) is not a good idea.
