I'm trying to upload a profile picture but I keep getting a "Failed to set a new photo" Error - have tried both uploading it and getting from a URL
Is it a "try again later" kind of deal or is something broken?

If it is below the file size and/or dimension requirements, then try again later, otherwise you'll need to address whatever the issue may be; failing that try using Gravatar.

I recommend Gravatar anyway. It's much more user friendly anyway.
