When I start my Minecraft server, the computers don't turn on. Is this a bug or a problem with my Minecraft?

Sorry for late reaction. First I'm using CC 1.63. And I can't find what looks that it is disabled since CC 1.6.
But, what is the problem? Or they not put in the changelog?

It's a bug that happens in several different versions of the mod. I believe 1.63 is one of the affected versions. I believe the latest version is not affected.

I have tested CC1.65, in CC1.65 seems to work. Now waiting for the mods that need to update to 1.7.10… <_</>
