[SSP/SMP] Copy & Paste Bug (CTRL + C / CTRL + V)

When I try to use the paste gesture when editing a program it exits to the menu and doesn't save. I have tried several times but it still exits and pastes in menu. Please Help?

Also This is on a Windows 7 O.S.

Press ctrl, then ctrl v.
