Make Networking Cables Multiparts

This has probably been suggested a lot, but I've been playing lots of FTB recently, and got a bit disheartened when I couldn't cover up my networking cables that went into the floor from my big reactor. :(/>

My suggestion is to make the network cables into multiparts. this would allow for covers and hollow covers with microblocks, and to place torches and red alloy wire, for examples, within the same blockspace.

I'm suprized that nobody commented about this yet, this is a good idea. Honestly the same should be done with ic2 energy cables, those can get interesting to rout.
