Good evening! ;)/>

I just tried to open my computercraft world but I forgot to use forge. All the computercraft items or gone now (even if I load mc up with forge and cc) I'm kinda worried. I still can get my files back but the world is broken because I have to place all the blocks of cc back manually. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Btw
I don't have a recent backup

Without a backup there's not much you can do, short of re-gathering/crafting the lost items. Once you've plonked some new computers down, you can figure out their IDs and manually move their files into place.

However, if you're very lucky, you might have a backup. Windows 7 automatically dedicates some hard drive space towards storing older versions of some user files. Hunt down your world folder, right click it and, if there, select "restore previous versions" to see what's on offer.

Unfortunately this behaviour is not present in later Windows releases.

I think you can give you a computer back with some /give shenanigans. This post details it, though I haven't tested it myself.
