Stuck For Ideas

As the title suggests I'm stuck for ideas,

Any ideas would be appreciated,
I am mainly a designer so that can be an aspect of whatever you suggest.

I am currently working on a File Sharing Software and an OS (yes more then 300 lines :P/>)
But really want some inspiration and new projects.
