Looking for a Server to Host

My VPS has been sitting around hosting only a single static webpage and IRC bouncer for a while. I'll host a minecraft server, apache, ftp, whatever you want. Just post what you would be doing with it.

It has 8 GiB of ram and 160 GiB of storage. Hosted on CentOS.
