CC 1.66 anti-disk startup file

Apparently in CC 1.66 (beta) there is a file that, when created, prevents booting from disk. It has been noted this may cause issues with viruses or users bricking their computers. Therefor, I suggest the following fix:

*The computer *must* be labeled and contain the anti-disk file
*When the computer is broken, the anti-disk file is deleted
