I haven't really tried the Command Computers out yet but I wondered if you could have Command Turtles and Command Pocket Computers. It would be cool having a portable Command Block on the go :P/>

Does anyone put something serious here?

Hmmm. no. Not convinced. What would a command turtle do that a command computer not do. Sure it can move, but you don't need a command block to be able to move, you can just adjust all positions if you want to emulate the effect. I think there are some elements of a pocket command block that would be useful, but no enough really to justify it. Of course you could always create a remote control with a pocket computer to execute commands on the normal computer.

A Command Turtle is pointless, for the reasons SquidDev said. I can see the utility of a Pocket Command Computer though.

The only use of a command turtle I can see would be that it can locate itself without external GPS computers. Which actually could be very useful, the rest of the command functions sort of make the turtle redundant though. We do have this for turtles though
