After some jerks (so called politicians) thinking that data retention might be a good idea "to prevent teroristic acts" i thought it might be cool if it would be some kind of blackbox implemented that reads every rednettraffic related to the server it is connected and send it to another server

You can actually program this easily enough, if you've got a ready webserver with a properly written php handler.

mhm but what about if you dont have physicaly acess to the computer
and i dont know if there is a way to launch mitm attacks in CC

Honestly, I don't see the point for this to be integrated into the mod itself.
