Wait for Approvment enhancement

Wouldnt it be cool to add an opportunity to edit the posts that are waiting for approvment or even delete them.
Especially for new Members this could be interesting

It really isnt a big enough issue to implement something like this. The restriction is only in place for the first 3 posts.
