[Bukkit] Wireless network access for plugin writers

I think it would be nice if bukkit plugins could access the wireless network and listen to it like other computers or post messages.
This would enable a cc frontend for your banking system or a message to computers about to be unloaded…

Vanilla CC doesn't support bukkit - if a bukkit plugin does want to listen to rednet messages, it will have to rely on other methods than official support.
