[1.7][SMP] Erasing of floppy disk data

On my server i have a custom modpack with Computercraft included and whenever i log out and log back on all of the files on my floppy disk are gone. Here is a list of all of the mods if it helps.

Proper version numbers would help. Are you really on CC 1.7, as opposed to the latest stable, 1.73…?

Where is the location of the floppy disk when you log out? Does it make a difference whether it's in your inventory, or in a container such as a disk drive? Does it make a difference whether the area is chunk loaded?

The version is 1.73 and the floppy disk erases when its in the disk drive but not when its in my inventory

Sounds like you are using a program that wipes the contents of the floppy or are otherwise deleting them. Do the floppy disks still get erased if they are in a disk drive with no computer attached?

Yes they so still get erased

Could you share a screenshot of the output of the 'ls' or 'dir' command when no disk is present?
