Need Experienced PHP Developer

Hello, I need a Experienced PHP Developer.

In Rednet Explorer 3.0, it will not longer be Rednet. (So I'll might need a new name)
I'm using 000webhost.com to host my database.
I need someone who can add a file uploader.

I can't use pastebin since it doesn't support stuff like:
"pastebin.com/hello.com"

You could use pastebin by having a name to pastebin code conversion. Like:
hello.com -> pastebincode

Just an idea if you can't find someone to do it.

I'm pretty experienced with PHP but what do you mean with a file uploader?
just so you can upload text documents or random files to that host?

Yes, and with a custom name.

So if someone wanted to upload a site called Haider.com it would do this:

www.hostsite.com/projects/rednet_explorer/Haider.com
