Mainly I use CraftOS and Edit. Also CD affects my workflow.

I use Howl, a build system for lua (combines multiple modules into one program)
and ClamShell, a more advanced shell than the standard one

Hey! Good choice. :P/> Those are pretty much the only two I use as well, though I'm mainly working in 'vanilla' Lua at the moment.

Not sure if it counts, but I use Bedrock for my user interfaces a lot. I also really like LuaLua, though I've been neglecting it lately.
