[1.4] Turtle Upgrades

Hi,

I think it would be awesome if we were able to equip turtles with different kinds of updates. Such updates could add inventory space, increase movement speed or something similar.

Examples:

Inventory Upgrade Level 1 - adds 3 slots to the turtles inventory

[Iron] [Chest] [Iron]
[Iron] [Stone] [Iron]

Inventory Upgrade Level 2 - adds 6 slots to the turtles inventory

[Gold] [Stone] [Gold]
[Iron] [Chest] [Iron]
[Gold] [Stone] [Gold]

Inventory Upgrade Level 3 - adds 9 slots to the turtles inventory

[Gold] [Stone] [Gold]
[Diamond] [Chest] [Diamond]
[Gold] [Stone] [Gold]

I think that additional slots would require some revision of the API, but I personally like the idea of having a turtle that can collect more before needing to be emptied.
