Edit: If someone wants to take this project over, go ahead because I no longer have the time or interest.

As the title says, this is an incremental game based on Minecraft!

If you don't know what an incremental game is then allow me to explain. An incremental game, also known as an idle game, or a clicker game or a clicking game, is a game where you perform a simple task, such as clicking on something on the screen, repeatedly to gain an in-game currency, which can be used to buy "buildings" or "upgrades" to increase the amount of currency you get from clicking, as well as click automatically for you so that you can gain the currency while leaving your game idle.

Minecraft Clicker has multiple currency, the lowest being wood, and the highest being diamond. Work your way up to diamond and become the richest Steve in Minecraftia!

Currently my game is still under development, hence the v0.1 in the title. There's a changelog at the bottom of this post listing off the changes.

And now for the screenshots:
Spoiler

Planned features:
Coal, Iron, Redstone, Gold, and Diamond as currency.
More Upgrades
Rounded numbering system (i.e. 10.00k, 100.0m, 1.000b)
Achievements system.

Totally didn't forget to put this in OwO": http://pastebin.com/6eYbUdMA

Feedback is always appreciated. I hope you enjoy what I've made so far. :)/>

Changelog:
Spoilerv0.1
Wood is a usable currency
Stone is a usable currency
6 upgrades for wood
1 upgrade for stone
Game saves automatically every 30 seconds
Save file can be deleted.

This is like a practical version of Cookie Clicker! I love this! Great job!

Now excuse me, I'm going to make a YouTube review on it and upload it soon.

But here's a text review on it (for WIP):
  • Practical version of Cookie Clicker (+25)
  • Accurate representations of blocks (+50)
  • Ranking up (+15)
  • AFK-farming (+5) (I gained 20,000 wood just from typing this reply)
  • Save and Quit (+20)
  • Basic GUI (-20)
  • No menu screen (-10)
  • No multiple saves (-5)
So, out of a hundred, I would give it 80/100 points.

I have a few suggestions though such as adding a main menu, more than one save file and a nicer looking GUI. But all in all, it's a great job and is extremely fun!

Thank you for your feedback. I'll take your suggestions into consideration. I would like to know how you think the GUI could be improved, it would be a lot of help. Also, send me a link to that video. I'd love to watch it. :)/>

i've got a suggestion, since there's always a flickering what about just simply using term.clearLine() or paintutils.drawLine() in black to update the amount of resources? that would be pretty useful.

either way, really cool program and really fun to play.
